Florida Forensic Accounting, P.A. provides consulting services that typically include reviewing and analyzing financial issues and documents.

In litigation matters, we assist the attorney in the development of discovery requests, case strategies and trial preparation and presentation. Decisions as to what documents we review and analyze are typically made by the attorney. We are merely assistants in the litigation process, and when deemed appropriate by the attorney, we provide expert accountant testimony in a deposition, hearing and/or trial.

The collaborative process is structured differently than litigation and is a more amicable way to resolve issues.
